    Hi, I'm Patrick!

    Patrick is a dedicated residential REALTOR® with Gizelle & Co | Compass Real Estate, a group serving Northern Virginia clients since 2001.


    Originally from Boston, Patrick attended Boston College before spending over 16 years on Wall Street in New York City. In 2019, he moved to Northern Virginia, seeking a new chapter for his family and a career pivot from finance to real estate. 


    Patrick applies the same principles in real estate that he honed while handling complex transactions on Wall Street: thorough research, advocacy, and honesty. His attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving skills have earned him a reputation as a trusted client advocate. He approaches challenges methodically and employs relevant technologies to accelerate outcomes.


    Patrick believes in treating clients as lifelong partners. His genuine care for people is reflected in his warm, engaging demeanor and the thoughtful guidance he provides at every step. He truly enjoys helping buyers, sellers, and investors, and frequently collaborates with professionals like attorneys, consultants, and accountants who confidently refer their clients to him. And having navigated a relocation of his own, Patrick is passionate about helping newcomers find the best neighborhoods, schools and community amenities that suit their needs.


    Patrick earned his BS in Finance and Marketing from BC, where he embraced the ethos of "Ever to Excel" and the Jesuit mission of being men and women for others. He continues to embody these values through community involvement, especially at his children’s school and in youth sports.


    A devoted husband and father of three, Patrick enjoys coaching, playing hockey, golfing, trying his hand at tennis, and supporting Boston sports teams. When not volunteering, driving the "family Uber," or living on the sports field, you can find him around the DMV enjoying live music.
